Chris, and David, are so on. I've found for years when you focus on relationships business becomes easier. Both in converting prospects and in working with peers. No competition here - there's enough work for everyone.

Yet my experience is that there is. Everyday, "the market" is becoming more and more segmented. And now that people can actually find what they're looking for on the internet, we see ever more refined niches developing. I've seen this open almost limitless opportunities for small business owners to find customers.
