Thanks for the shout out! It's so nice to get noticed for adding a high touch to this automated world of internet marketing. I heard someone mention how much it meant to her when I personally called her for a purchase made a while back. That prompted me to revive the practice and it's actually quite nice connecting with people. We chat a bit, I get to learn more about their needs, and it takes less time than a written note LOL!
