The same hand giveth and taketh away. And yet, even in giving, it leaves a lot to be desired. Rising numbers of Americans are turning to government funded healthcare programs, rising numbers of Americans are going without health insurance, without healthcare, with reduced healthcare, cutting back on needed prescriptions.
