It's all the rage.
Maybe, you're a realist, whatever that means. You ask yourself, so why should I listen to my customers?:
- What's in it for me?
- Why should I care?
- Why should I believe?
I don't know. Can't answer your question.
However, here's what was in it for one company who chose to listen to their consumers: 6 billion in new sales.
Instead of making a product and hoping people would buy it, we should have asked customers what they wanted and given it to them.
