Remember: You’re real business is creating memories

If you want more referrals, if you want more word-of-mouth, create better memories for your customers AND your employees. Those memories are what inspires your customers AND employees to refer their company. Those memories form the stories they share. Those stories become your brand's message. In creating stories to share their memories, your customers and employees become your loyal and volunteer salesforce, PR agency and recruiters.

Remember: Your real business is creating memories.
