One of my favorites in his book:
Objections indicate interest
In the face of objections (or not yet convinced or downright disagree: "Pause. Agree. Ask." is reinforcing of what I call a "go slow to go fast" approach

His honing of W. Churchill's advice to present: Have one theme. Make a strong start. Use simple language. Paint pictures. Add drama.

It is hard to make things powerfully simple, as you do so well Zane, and so does Sam.
