What are you reading, Gary Harpst?

Gary Harpst, author of Six Disciplines Execution Revolution and Six Disciplines for Excellence, shared an hour of his time to discuss his solutions for one of business' biggest challenges: execution. I really like books that help me understand the human side of business.

• The 5th Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization by Peter Senge. He talks about the human condition and how you build learning organizations.

• The Strategy Focused Organization, Kaplan & Norton
