Leading with Intent and Grace - Thousand Yard Stare

My point is if you are in leadership--and I have said this before in regard to building culture--you are replicating your life. Pastor Darrin Patrick used to say that when you're a pastor it's like plugging your life into an amplifier, or photocopying your life and passing it out to everyone. Let me dial it in a little more: If you are in leadership, leadership development is already happening. You're already replicating the next generation of followers and leaders. The question is: "What does the harvest look like?" via thousandyardstare.org
