I announced in May, 2010, the 52 - Week Employee Recognition Plan. This is the 40th week. The lesson this week is:
- Offer them the most convenient parking spots.
This is about status... convenience... safety.
Theirs.
A simple, some may say superficial, step like this is a visible and tangible way to recognize all of these for everyone.
It also costs very little.
And another benefit is the extra steps you’ll take will help with your fitness. So, reward yourself with a treat once in awhile. You’ve earned it.
