We're going to fall. Our knees will get scraped. We'll get embarassed. But, just fall forward.
If we do that, then we can fall over that obstacle only once.
We'll keep moving towards our goal. Our audience will see we're moving towards them, getting back up, dusting ourselves off, rubbing our knees, moving towards them. They'll appreciate it. (And if they don't we'll know we're racing towards the wrong audience and that's VERY helpful to know. And know, fast, too! Nothing worse than getting beat up while we stumble towards the wrong audience.)
We're going to fall. Don't be afraid. Just fall forward.
Inspirational tweet from Patrick Stuart.
Note: Did you know Andy Garcia was so wise? Was he great as the casino owner in Ocean's 11?
