When will your company reach the tilting point? That's the tilting point between small and big, a small company projecting big and a big company projecting it still cares.
When you're small you want to look like a great big business. You want to project to your prospects and customers the ability and resources to meet any and every need for them at any time, now and in the future.
When you're a big company, you want to show your customers and prospects (and employees, too) that you still deliver the personal attention to their needs, the personalized solutions, the care for them personally that a small company delivers.
When will your company reach the tilting point?
Note: This idea is from John Moore at Brand Autopsy in a presentation he gave recently. It's a great idea, articulated simply and clearly. Maybe that's why John's such an in-demand speaker, consultant and author on...branding.
