You don't have all the answers. You never did.
We don't have all the answers. We never did.
But...our employees have more answers. And, they have more questions that will spur more answers. We can allow them, even give them the tools, to have their own Q&A session for their jobs, their functions, our products and services...even our corporate purpose.
Our customers, as our own customers we, definitely have answers. That answer for you is what they want and how you should provide it. They'll even share that answer with you, if you ask. Honestly, they share it all day with your employees. Just ask, either one.
Our vendors and partners have answers. They have answers for what they can deliver, for solutions they want to provide us, if we'll only ask.
What if you structured an ongoing Q&A with our customers and employees? Find out what other needs the customers have that employees, our employees, can deliver.
What if you structured an ongoing Q&A with your employees and vendors? Find out what one has that the other needs...And vice versa.
Wait a minute. What if you brought your vendors under your umbrella and let them talk directly with your customers? Whoa. That's leaping into trust issues. Ok, what if you brought all three together...customers and employees and vendors.
Now you're...getting answers. Now, you're getting answers to what your stakeholders ask. Now you're strategy is them-centric, not us-centric. Now you're strategy is collaboration.
John Jantsch at Duct Tape Marketing will be discussing this strategy, some practical applications, and a host of collaboration tools live online June 3rd at 11am PDT/2pm EDT as part of the Verizon Small Business Center. Register to join him here. You should join him. John's smart. We're known by the people we collect around us. Collect him around you and you'll be smarter.
There are few better ways to savor your life than to collaborate in ways that enable you to share success as you well know Zane because you embody it
