All things being equal?
Too many companies, big or small or startup, face these choices. You may face them now at your company. Lucky are you if you don’t.
Which one? Which investment here, employee’s healthcare or advertising, will generate the highest ROI for your brand, your company?
I’ll post my thoughts next week. But, first I wanted to hear yours.
I wonder if some of this has to do with the type of company you have. Advertising needs differ I guess. My business would choose health care first because I want people that love being part of it. If we're creating a great product because we're not worrying about health care (among other things) it will sell itself.

Small businesses should give employees healthcare and start taking advantage of free advertising options online like video marketing. It's a great source of advertising leverage. Create one video and distribute it to sites like http://adwido.com, and you've got a virtual sales person working for your 24 hours, 7 days a week.

For me, I think I'll choose health care first. It will be easier to work and will produce more products if employees will not worry about there health. Advertisements will come after this, there are many agencies that offers very reasonable price and very effective advertisement packages.
Best of luck,
Raven
