So many companies, so many examples. And all are out there for us to see, and laugh, and...quickly learn from. That's what's happened. Mistakes were made. Lessons learned. Apologies...lots of apologies. All of us learned how to use this media to better connect with our community, whether it's a community of friends and family or a community of volunteers, employees, customers, local communities, passions... We've made friends with people around the world. Yeah, we've found some quirky types, maybe even been one of them briefly. But look how far we've come with social media.
