Is this how your organization handles ideas?
Forget that it's a client, agency, format. Ideas, and their execution (nod to Jeffrey), are the lifeblood of an organization, right? So, if you have no new ideas, if you're always ...killing them off...in favor of the stale ones, the ones a day away from their expiration date - you know, pick 'em off the shelf, dust 'em up a bit, spray paint a new color on 'em - well, you're left running a marathon while you push a wheelchair and its occupant in front of you.
