We've all been, still are, will be again in the future, an employee. You know you're nodding your head reading this, thinking. Yeah, I wish my boss would read that, too.
But corporate culture starts at the top. We look to leaders for the real, rubber-meets-the-road, signals for what is acceptable and not in our culture. And if leaders are going to expect employees to be a grown-up then it's fair to expect leaders to be a grown-up, too.
