Now in all fairness to employees everywhere a single survey of 900 employees cannot begin to speak for the 150 million US employees. But, still, the results seem to resonate with the public enough for even the WSJ to be alarmed...
Employees are restless, dissatisfied and increasingly unwilling to wait passively for management to get it. Those that do will reap the benefits of this upheaval. Those that don't can continue napping, albeit elsewhere.
