That's a benign figure: 69 percent more likely to remain at the company up to three years. Behind it are numerous KPI's or Key Performance Indicators that show the savings to the company. The obvious ones are hiring, training, operating expenses with an experienced and well-trained workforce, lower customer turnover/higher customer loyalty, higher employee engagement scores that impact all KPIs of every company.
