I just finished reading your online hiring guide and I have to say that I am very impressed. Going into my position in January I think the tips at the end are something I really can use.
I have a CIDS interview next thursday and I need to know the best way to prepare for it, whether it be reading a book or reviewing web site you recommend. I have never heard of this process so I need help.
